Relax Therapy (25 mins)
Aiming to relax the nervous system and lower your stress levels, your therapist will apply a lint cloth soaked in castor oil across your abdominal area. Gently warming, castor oil packing has been used for thousands of years to cleanse and heal the body. Whilst the liver pack works its magic, you will be treated to a deeply relaxing scalp and foot massage. Leave feeling restored, rested and ready for a good nights sleep.
