Rasul Ritual (25 mins)

A mineral rich mud is applied to the back, with a bowl given for self-application for the rest of your body. Sit back for 20 minutes in your own personal rasul cabin with dimmed lighting and relaxing fibre optic lights.

Warm steam will gently open your pores, stimulate a sluggish circulation system, remove toxins and detox the body. Once the mud has performed its magic, finish with a warm shower to gently wash away the remaining mud. Your skin will be left feeling cleansed, glowing and silky smooth.

This combination therapy uses the power of body brushing and G5 Lymphatic Massage. Body brushing helps to boost a sluggish metabolism, removes dead skin cells, leaving the body feeling firmer and toned. The mechanical power of our G5 machine helps to breakdown cellulite and fatty deposits, effectively removing toxins and wastes.

Rejuv Pressotherapy Compression Treatment (20 mins)

A non-invasive, relaxing therapy that uses controlled pressure on the legs to stimulate the circulation and improve metabolism. Pressotherapy helps to reduce water retention, enhances blood and lymph flow which supports overall metabolic processes, including fat metabolism. *Your therapist will administer a relaxing hand and arm massage whilst the treatment works.

Castor Oil Liver Pack (15 mins)

A warm castor oil pack is placed over your liver. The ricinoleic acid within the castor oil helps the liver metabolise fats and offers a true holiday for a liver overworked from processed foods, or alcohol, or sugar.

Castor oil helps remove toxins and wastes, plus many extoll the hormonal balancing effect of this elixir oil. This is a deeply relaxing and restorative therapy.
